The location was ideal, near Acqua Nature Park. Besides, we were just next door to the water parks and the nature parks, and Benidorm north central.

It's brand-new with very clean beds and stunning views.

By and large, it was absolutely fantastic place with top-class stuff at all times. There where very clean beds and a TV, a ceiling fan, and a safe inside the room. The location was magnificent and lovely, next to discos and bars. There was a green area and a park next to the place.

The area was very disappointing.

It boasts wonderful, incredible location adjacent to about 600 yards to the Zoo entrance, taxi, and the zoo and the amazing waterpark. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The family bungalow is air-conditioned and has a well stocked fridge, a ceiling fan, and a safe box.

Neat and compact units with showers. Location - amazing, really close to the parks and a daytime trip to the bars.

No pool.

Friendly bar staff, excellent staff food facilities, helpful receptionist, good quality food, fantastic service with mini cars, access to zoo and aqua park.

Overall had thoroughly enjoyable stay in summer holidays. The restaurant was very nice which does 'basic' lunch, I tried appetising dishes. The staff was extremely helpful plus the location was perfect. The main shopping centre and a mall were right next door.

Lovely property with top-class employees in all areas. Excellent breakfast with usual nuggets chips etc sandwiches and omelette, as example - well worth the money. Amazing location to the shopping centre nearby.

A fabulous and wonderful hotel, my first choice in Benidorm. Lovely and unbeatable location, to find it sits on top of the main cafe you get up by steps to the right as you look at cafe. Near about 600 yards, the water park and the animal park, and the mountains above Benidorm.

The room was brand-new and neat, complete with bathroom, 2 showers, for example. The pool area was lovely and the location was quiet, really close to water park and free food and drink, the restaurant were amazing and young the zoo and waterpark. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby.

I had a fantastic experience at this place. The location, nestled up a mountain, provided stunning views of the surrounding hillside. Sure, it was on quite a steep hill, but it was worth it for the breathtaking scenery. The service was top-notch, with housekeeping ensuring that my room was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offered a shuttle service, which was a convenient way to explore the area. I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the friendly staff. The room amenities were exceptional, with heating and air conditioning ensuring a comfortable stay. I loved having tea and coffee facilities, as well as a mini-bar for refreshments. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax, and the in-room safe provided added security. the hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made me feel pampered throughout my stay.

This place is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We got new-fashioned and compact room in the welcome book. The location of the hotel was lovely, to pull everything together. And it was also so close to the zoo next door.
